Knowledge is power
Try to equip yourself with as much knowledge as possible regarding how your child is performing at school. There are lots of ways to do this effectively; use the Arbor app to keep up to date with day to day activities, speak with your child daily and ask them what happened at school, check google classroom to see if there is any homework which has been set.
Attend parents evenings and read the reports which are sent home to receive insights into how your child learns best and what support they may need at home. Where you feel you may need further discussions please contact the class teacher or your child’s Character Development Coach. Be proactive in addressing any concerns or challenges early on. Collaborating with your child’s teacher ensures you are both working toward the same educational goals and helps create a cohesive support system that benefits your child.
