Boxing Positivity

Over the past few weeks, some of the KS3 girls at Bushey Meads School have been participating in a “boxing positivity” intervention, which has helped them cultivate a sense of personal growth and positivity. The students’ enthusiasm and behavior have been consistently impressive, with Luca noting the girls’ dedication, even on days when they’re feeling less motivated. Those involved in the program have shared that they not only enjoy the sessions but also find that the focus and discipline they develop through boxing positively impact other areas of their school life. This intervention has proven to be a valuable tool for building confidence and resilience, and the girls are excited to continue their journey of growth both in and out of the ring.
