Last Wednesday evening the Main Hall, F and H Block classrooms and our superb Sixth Form area were packed full of interested potential applicants to our outstanding Sixth Form here at Bushey Meads. After a very informative and inspiring talk by Associate Leader and Head of Sixth Form Mr O’Kelly.
Parents and students visited the various teachers based in classrooms to discuss subject level details and made use of the excellent Sixth Form Cafe where staff were offering superb ‘tasting pots’ to showcase the lovely food on offer to our young adult learners each and every day. Besides welcoming the vast majority of our existing Year 11 students, I spoke to so many visitors from other schools, indicating the continued popularity of our vibrant and broad Post 16 provision.
The atmosphere was very positive and I would like to thank all staff for their hard work in making the event so successful.
