Live Lessons
Monday saw Mr O’Kelly (Acting Assistant Headteacher) leading a motivational Magic Monday Moment for staff.  At a filmed briefing that was then shared with staff he went through his positive experience of leading a live lesson the previous week with a sixth form class before sharing some Top Tips with staff.  Fulfilling our moto Aspire to Achieve the launch of live lessons this week enables staff to once again be the teacher’s that they joined the profession to be.  Indeed, the ability to deliver high quality learning through this platform will allow staff to personalise their questioning, give students an in-depth and enriched understanding of topics as well as having a positive impact for student’s well being both those at home and in-school.  The development of our hybrid community is aimed at enhancing the learning experience for everyone and to allow positive relationships for learning to be fostered further through the establishment of routines and communication opportunities.
