A number of BMS staff keep themselves at the cutting edge of educational and curriculum and assessment developments by training to become examiners in their different subjects areas. This gives them access to pre release material related to examinations and up to date training regarding emerging trends, with question level analysis from all the latest GCSE and A level exams.
This is something we fully support as a school, as their training can then be disseminated to faculty teams across our organisation, which in turn benefits all our students preparing for their upcoming examinations.
It was great to hear about all the benefits first hand in our ‘Monday Magic Moment’ in Staff Briefing at the start of this week; pictured here are Miss Lister and Mrs Charles sharing their expertise and encouraging other staff to consider taking up this professional development opportunity.
