It is always good to receive feedback from visitors to our wonderful school and even more so when they are senior leaders in other schools who recognise outstanding practice when they see it. Gayle Rennie, one of the Senior Leaders at The Beacon School in Banstead in Surrey, wrote to me after attending the ‘Dive Deeper Day’ mini conference held at our school last Friday.

I wanted to take the time to express my own sincerest thanks to you and your school community for the warmest of welcomes you all afforded to us on Friday during your BLFL conference day. I was honestly honoured by the openness you all displayed and have taken away numerous ideas to implement in my own school. It was an absolute honour and a privilege to spend the day with you all. I hope to keep in touch and wish you every success for the end of term and a wonderful summer break ahead,
Kindest regards,
Gayle Rennie
