Acts of Kindness at BMS

Our Friday Faculty Focus at the end of another busy and productive week at Bushey Meads highlighted the strong and embedded culture of kindness that exists within our great school.

Associate Leader Mrs Wright highlighted so many inspiring examples from across our staff and student body, but also reminded us that it is also ‘all about learning’.Even marking books and giving detailed feedback to students about the key next steps in their learning journey is an act of kindness in itself. This is  something we continue to refine and hone in our practice and which is epitomised by our second Marking and Feedback fortnight of the academic year that is currently taking place – focusing on capturing verbal feedback in smart and creative ways.
