Sixth Form student of the week
This week we wish to celebrate the amazing and positive response of our Year 13 students who all took part in our Year 13 Interview Day organised by our Work Related Learning Team. The Year 13 students were praised by the team of external interviewers, who all came from a wide range of local businesses and industries, for their positive approach and polite manner at interview.
A lot of positive feedback was given to the Year 13s who are currently completing their applications for UCAS, Apprenticeships and other career paths. We were impressed at their excellent timekeeping and very engaged approach to this outstanding opportunity. It was a pleasure to watch them taking part and later discussing the interview experience with each other and the Year 12 students. An exceptional opportunity which Year 13 students took full advantage of – well done all!

Molly Tate

Molly is an excellent role model in ouy Sixth Form. She is always ready to learn and makes perfect use of her study periods, balancing relaxing and socialising with a strong commitment to her subjects. Molly has impressed us with her positive approach and helpful manner. Well done Molly!

Edward Boother Dominguez

Edward had adapted extremely well to life in the BMS Sixth Form. He is always well focused and uses his study periods to great effect. Edward often can be seen working in the Sixth Form Centre before or after school and is an excellent role model for others. Well done Edward, maintain this very positive attitude to learning!
