Challenging Elm House to be the Best They...

It was a real joy to be in my first official Elm House Assembly on Tuesday of this week. As the new link Senior Member of Staff to the House it was great to listen to our inspirational Head of House Miss Pattni who challenged the House with a number of global situations to make us think in line with the Theme of Week Equality and Diversity. Our challenge is to be more tolerant, more understanding, better at communicating (both listening and talking) kinder and more accepting of each other’s differences and also proud of our different strengths.

I look forward to seeing Elm House continue to flourish under Miss Pattni’s leadership and would like to thank all the hard working Character Development Coaches who shape and encourage the students in our daily care.
