Mathletics Competition!

Mathletics is an excellent online resource that has been used for quite a while by students in year 7 and 8, and also by students at Little Reddings and Hartsbourne. It is a platform that allows students to compete against each other as well as developing their own maths skills.

A few weeks ago, we took part in an international Mathletics competition, open to the students across the trust. It is fantastic to see students being enthusiastic about maths, so these competitions are always an exciting time for the maths department!

Overall, we finished in 28th place out of 611 schools across the world! This is an exceptional achievement and a big well done to all of the students who took part!

Pictured below are some year 7 students competing and earning points!Congratulations again to everyone who participated and contributed towards this excellent achievement!
