Little Reddings Maths Games

Earlier this week, we introduced a maths club at Little Redding’s school led by Bushey Meads in which we assisted Mr Kasza with helping students from Year 3 to 6. We are both Year 12 maths students and we volunteered to go to Little Redding’s primary school because we are both very passionate about maths and believe it would be an exciting opportunity to help share our passion and inspire the younger students. This week at the club we started off by practising how to read large numbers before moving onto memorising the cube numbers ready for a maths trick. In the following weeks we hope to introduce to the students KenKen and Sudoko as well as a variety of other maths tricks. The students seemed to really enjoy the session and are looking forward to the following weeks to come, and so are we!
