Following our Next Steps event Y12s have started exploring their future options and opportunities using Unifrog and UCAS.
This week I have registered all BMS Y12 students for the UCAS Discovery Week, which provides an exciting programme of talks on specific subjects, the various different course options, career pathways, with presentations by admissions tutors, lecturers and students.
The ongoing programme consists of live feeds and recorded presentations – this continues into the weekend so parents and students should try to exploit this opportunity if possible. Topics include student finance, applying for Apprenticeships and University and how to write a personal statement. We look forward to hearing what Y12 students discovered!
