Monday Magic Moment focussed on Literacy

It was great to pick up some top literacy tips from Mrs Cooper our hard working and enthusiastic Head of Girls PE at the start of this week in our latest Monday Magic Moment in Staff Briefing. She reminded us of key strategies to encourage students to justify, give opinion and evaluate in their longer style examination questions and suggested some excellent ways to build these in to starter and plenary activities in our lessons.

Simple effective top tips set us up for another great week at Bushey Meads and reminded us all that the power is in the room – facilitated by our continued strong culture of sharing best practice.
