The Kindness Challenge

It was great to join Elm house assembly last week and hear from our inspiring Head of House Mr Cox talking about the power of kindness and how acts of kindness not only benefit those we show them to but also ourselves.

By being kind we do our souls good and maintain a healthy mind that is focused on others perhaps less fortunate than ourselves.

His challenge was to do good and show an act of kindness to three people and then challenge them to do the same to three more people each.

If this happens perhaps 9 times we could positively affect over 20 000 people – that’s the population of Bushey!
