The ethos of the Dance department at Bushey Meads is for students to experience dance at a Professional level. Whether this be through trips to the dance shows, performances or workshops. This week, Year 10 took part in a zoom workshop with the dancer and choreographer James Cousins. Students also discussed James’ journey from student to professional dancer. He owed his successful dance career to his secondary school where he first began taking dance lessons in Year 7. We look forward to inviting James to Bushey meads in the future to hold more workshops.
