The Dance Department’s Student Awards were created to award students from all years and key stages for their commitments, efforts, improvements and successes at the end of every half term. The winners are rewarded with an R4, postcard home and placed on the Dance Student Award display board which is located in the Dance office and pictured below.
The Summer term 1 winners are….
‘Best Work Award’ goes to Charlotte Pullen (9A), Sharly Harris (9A) and Megan Hilton (9S). They have worked incredibly hard both in and out of lessons on their new screendance project each becoming their own choreographer, videographer and editor. They have created a beautiful piece of screendance titled “The Light at the End of the Tunnel” that is detailed with quick edits and special effects!
‘Most Improved Dancer‘ awards have been awarded to:
Yaren Kaykusuz (7B)
Rakshen Kajenthiran (8W)
Lily-Rose Curtis-Gibson (9B)
‘Outstanding Dancer’ awards are presented to one student from each key stage. Congratulations to the following students:
Sienna Mash (9W) – Key Stage 3
Sienna Barrett (10W) – Key Stage 4
Georgia De Venny (12E) – Key Stage 5
Well done to all the award winners. Keep up the brilliant work!
