Upcoming BSJT Conference

After one of the most challenging half term’s that most teachers can remember, it was good to listen to our inspirational Lead Practitioner for English and Whole School Literacy Ms Bowe on Monday morning outline the programme for our annual Bushey St James Trust Conference taking place on our INSET day on Monday 2nd November.

We are delighted that Isabella Wallace is coming to deliver three keynote speeches at each of the Trust’s schools. As co-author of one of the bestselling teaching guides, Pimp Your Lesson! and Talk-Less Teaching, Isabella has worked for many years as an AST, Curriculum Coordinator and Governor. She is a consultant and contributor for the Oxford Dictionary of Education and presents nationally and internationally on outstanding learning and teaching.

The theme of the conference is Oracy and this is a key development strand that will underpin much of our collaborative work across our forward thinking Multi Academy Trust this year.
