A Fond Final Farewell

As we say a fond farewell to our incredible Year 13 cohort, it was fitting for Acting Head of Sixth Form Mr Monks to share his thoughts about the Theme of the Week ‘Commitment’ in a final assembly on Tuesday of this week.

All students this year have shown an amazing commitment to their studies in very difficult circumstances and yet have demonstrated that grit and true perseverance to succeed, which will undoubtedly stand them in good stead for the future.

Commitment builds great relationships, secures success and opens doors for the future. With their final Leavers Assembly to look forward to and of course the Year 13 Prom on the same evening, we wish our Year 13 all the best as they wait for confirmation of their final Centre Assessed Grades and see which doors open for them next year.

We do hope to see them as Alumni of our wonderful learning community even after they leave school and hope that a continued commitment to the school benefits future generations of students at BMS.
