Securing The Best Grades

The Year 13 food science and nutrition students have had a few decisions to make with regards to the course units because of covid. WJEC said they will disregard Year 12 and base the final grade on Year 13 or allow students to submit the year 12 assessment and include it to gain extra credit.

Georgia Waller is very keen to study Physiotherapy and is looking at applying to Kingston of the University of Hertfordshire. She requires top grades to take to university so took the decision to submit her year 12 practical assessment. She spent 3 long hours preparing a delightful 3 course menu. We usually turn C11x into a restaurant to invite parents in, but today Georgia invited some of her friends in Year 13 to sample her fabulous menu. Well done Georgia on all your hard work.
