On 31 January 2025 we held our 3rd student parliament meeting on the themes of extra/ super curriculars. We began the meeting differently this time with a brief 5 minute opening discussion on anything that the form representatives wanted to put forward as a future idea to improve the school or learning environment regardless of the theme, the jumper rule was a popular point
The rest of the meeting focused around extra / super curricular revolved mainly around talk of what more clubs could be added or removed at break, lunch and after school and should these be student or teacher lead and additionally should any new clubs be more relaxed or exam practise based particularly for GCSE and A level year students
Overall a very smooth and high quality and engaging student parliament and it will be interesting to see what changes will be made in the future
