Student of The Week

We are very proud of our students at Bushey Meads and we are delighted to recognise hard work in all forms. The pastoral team chose the student of week by looking at all the available information, including the rewards/consequence points and feedback from all staff here at Bushey Meads.

A massive and heartfelt congratulations to the following students, who have been awarded this weeks student of the week:

7M Josefina Pearce – For her amazing work on SAM learning. Josefina has completed over 68 hours of SAM learning tasks, putting her in 1st place on the leaderboard for year 7

8B Peter Nicolau – For producing an outstanding clay Commedia dell’Arte mask for his drama home learning, working hard in all his classes and remaining positive and enthusiastic at all times.

9S Tom Haverson – For having accrued the most SAM Learning hours in Bushey Meads, so far, during the SAM Learning challenge, with over 270 hours.

10A Stephan Nicoll – For settling in very well into Bushey Meads life. He is a conscientious learner and has a mind to be kind. Both qualities we celebrate at Bushey Meads.

11M Nikolina Becht-Bozan – For working exceptionally hard to improve her GCSE art grade in very difficult circumstances.

12 Sycamore Dylan Leach – Dylan is one of our amazing Year 12 students. Despite all the challengings we are faced with, Dylan has been coming into school every day, ready for learning and showing great enthusiasm. Well done Dylan for displaying resilience and determination.

13 Oak Esther Rowland – Esther who is one of our Year 13 students has made a fantastic start to 2021. Esther has been making a concerted effort to come into school, daily, to maximise her learning for her final year at Bushey Meads School. It is lovely to see how positive she is and wish her well with her ongoing studies. Well done Esther.
