As part of my Food Science and Nutrition Course I was asked to complete an online course which was in Level 2 Food Safety and Preparation. The course consisted of 9 modules, each with subjects such as food poisoning, food law and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). At the end of the course, there is a 30 question assessment with a 75% pass mark. All of the students in the class passed the test. This will help me in my course and help further my knowledge and understanding of food safety. Personally I found this course very interesting and helpful.
