Thirteen KS5 Maths students recently attended the Maths In Action event at the Emmanuel Centre. There were five guest speakers, talking about topics such as the Mathematics behind crowd flows, to misleading statistics, ending with the crowd all singing the 12 days of Christmas (whilst also looking at some Maths hidden in the song!).All really enjoyed the event and left feeling inspired by the event and confidently looking forward to exploring more Mathematical ideas in the future!
