The Hub is aimed at 16-18-year-olds looking to take their next steps into work, further education, seek careers support or build their skills.

 

Careers webinars are back for 2021 

Our careers webinars are back, starting 2021 exploring architecture and policing. The live webinars run weekly, featuring local employers discussing their career path and answering questions put forward by local students. Our bank of webinars are hosted on HOP, you can find these here. HOP continues to support and acknowledge how vital careers education is and is championing this through our webinars.

HOP supports National Apprenticeship Week  (NAW2021)

National Apprenticeship Week 2021 is fast approaching and we’re inviting you to our virtual event ‘Apprenticeships: Work, Earn, Learn on Monday 8th February at 11am with the University of Hertfordshire, iSales Academy and Amazing Apprenticeships. It’s an excellent opportunity for Year 10-13 students, as well as teachers, careers advisors, parents and guardians, to find out more about apprenticeships and the benefits they offer. Register here.

NAW breakfast workshop

The Advanced Therapies Apprenticeship Community are hosting a breakfast workshop for teachers, careers advisers, pupils and parents on Thursday 11th February at 9am. Hear from cell and gene therapy employers leading the way in STEM apprenticeships, and be impressed by a panel of amazing apprentices already on the programme! Register here.
