It was so lovely to see how keen the Year 7 students were in their reading lesson in the LRC with Mrs Turton our outstanding LRC Manager on Wednesday of this week. Many of them were contributing effectively to the class discussion about the text (The Demon Dentist by David Walliams) which was being analysed. They listened so carefully to her reading to the class, bringing the literature to life through her effective questioning.
