Ambitious Ash

Well here we are at the end of our first half term and I’m not sure how you are all feeling, but I am looking forward to a relaxing week off.
I would like to say how proud I am of all the year 7 students, they have had an amazing transition from primary to secondary school which I know is a huge stepping stone and at times it has not been an easy journey.
During the transition days, I was proud to meet the students in 7 Ash who showed great determination and a strong desire to succeed in a group activity they were completing competing against one another.
It was then that I realised that the students were as competitive as I am, which will take us along way in achieving great victotories as a house.
There are so many activities to get involved in within the school community and the next House event will be the House Arts Competition, so be ready to participate and win some prizes.
