On Wednesday the 2d November, Mrs Greenwood and myself had the privilege to visit the outstanding STEM facility at Watford Boys Grammar school where we were greeted by Mr Thorold β Assistant Head Teacher and Dr Robyn Sadler, Chemistry teacher, STEM and Business Links Coordinator.
Mr Thorold and Dr Sadler took us on a tour and showed us the STEM Centre which also provides an outstanding conference facility.
Dr Sadler shared with us their exciting vision for STEM and the many innovative ideas and projects they carry out across the school.
We were delighted to be offered the opportunity to share good practice and to collaborate with staff, pupils and STEM professionals between Bushey Meads and Watford Boys.
This is the beginning of an exciting journey in developing excellent professional links with Watford Boys and the local STEM providers.
