Year 7 Students – Fit for Life

Year 7 students have been working hard on developing their fitness in preparation for the annual BMS Health Week (24th – 28th March).

They have been engaging in a variety of exercises in the fitness suite, including cardiovascular workouts on treadmills, rowing machines and bikes, strength training with bodyweight exercises, and muscular endurance drills on the punchbag. The sessions have focused on building endurance, improving overall strength, and understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Students have also been learning how to use gym equipment safely and effectively while setting personal fitness goals. Their hard work and enthusiasm are setting them up for a successful and active Health Week!w
