Engaging Year 9 learning in history

This week I was privileged to observe a Year 9 history lesson delivered by Mr Dowty.

The topic was based on World War I, looking at conscientious objectors – the reasons given and how they were treated at the time.
An enjoyable and engaging lesson with students making great progress.
