2026 Spanish and French Trips

We are thrilled to announce that the Modern Foreign Languages Faculty will soon be launching our 2026 Year 9 cultural and linguistic trips to Andalucía, Spain and Normandy, France – and we are inviting current Year 8 students to be part of this unforgettable opportunity!

These trips offer much more than a break from the classroom. They are carefully designed to bring language learning to life, offering students a chance to practise their Spanish or French while experiencing the vibrant culture, traditions and daily life of another country.

In Andalucía, students will explore the beauty of Granada, enjoy traditional cuisine, and experience authentic flamenco culture. Meanwhile, Those visiting Normandy will dive into the region’s rich history, sample delicious French food, and practise their language skills with native speakers in real-life contexts.

Whether your child is studying French or Spanish, these trips are a fantastic way to deepen their understanding of the language and build confidence and independence.

Full details – including dates, itineraries, costs, and how to secure a place – will be shared shortly, so please keep an eye on emails.

We are incredibly excited to launch these opportunities and look forward to sharing more soon. À bientôt! / ¡Hasta pronto!
