Last week Advanced Lead Teacher Mrs Pattni reminded all staff about the impact our Student Learning Consultants (SLCs) are having across our learning community. Providing feedback to teachers about teaching and learning and marking and feedback, welcoming visitors to lessons and explaining about the learning, assisting the teacher and their peers in lessons, welcoming our Governors on Governors Day, presenting in assemblies and conducting surveys which help inform the school how it can continue to improve are just a few of the crucial responsibilities they have.
Mrs Pattni encouraged all staff to continue to use them in classrooms as role models and leaders in learning and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of their continued work at BMS.
