Congratulations to Annabel Pointer who is our Reader of the Week. Annabel has achieved her bronze reading award. To reach this level of reading she has read four books and completed four different activities on them. These included creating a cartoon, writing a letter to the author and designing a new front cover for one of the books read.
To reach the silver reading award students must read four books of different genres such as, horror, non-fiction and a romantic story. The LRC is accepting recommendations of what books students would like to have access to as well as taking nominations for book of the week. Over the past few weeks these have included The Rose Muddle Mysteries, and Orphans of the Tide.
