The Pastoral Office

With the school year fast approaching its conclusion we would like to remind all students and
parents/carers that the Pastoral Team remain keen to support and help with any issues that need to
be addressed to ensure that students are happy and able to focus on their learning. We work hard to
tackle any unkind behaviour reported to us as, at Bushey Meads, we have a mind to be kind. It is
vital that we are made aware of negative situations as soon as they arise as we are then able to
resolve the issue quickly and effectively. We would like to remind students, and even parents, that
these matters are dealt with confidentially and that they should not hesitate to speak to us if there is
something we can offer support with. If students do not want to come to the office in person there
are several ways to report matters to Pastoral, including emails and the confide button which
appears on the home screen of all school computers. However, the Pastoral Team are very
welcoming and students should feel that we are a ‘safe space’ in school.

The Pastoral Team details are shown below.
