Today, students had the chance to participate in a boxing session led by Luca, a boxing trainer and mental health coach who works with local schools to promote mental well-being through physical activity. The first session was a huge success, helping students release stress and build mental resilience in a fun, supportive environment.
Luca’s unique approach combines boxing techniques with mental health strategies, teaching students how to use the sport to boost confidence, focus, and emotional well-being. Participants learned basic boxing skills while being encouraged to express and manage their emotions in a positive way.
We’re excited to continue partnering with Luca to offer more sessions like this, where students can improve both their physical and mental health.
