Y11 & Y13 Leavers Assemblies

Last week we said goodbye to our superb Year 11 and 13 students in their final assemblies, through their traditional ‘rite of passage’ as they signed their shirts on the back field and at their respective Proms on Friday evening.

Again a huge thank you goes to all the brilliant staff who have supported them on their journeys and made their last day so memorable – especially Pastoral Manager Mrs Blowers, Associate Leader and Head of Sixth Form Mr O’Kelly, Deputy Head of Sixth Form Mr Monks, Assistant Head of SIxth Form Mrs Timotheou and Pastoral Administrator Officer for Key Stage 5 Mrs Sullivan, as well as all their hard working Character Development Coaches.

It has been a challenging few years for them as they have worked hard towards their external examinations and yet they have persevered to the end and we wish them every success for the future. Many of our Year 11 students have actually been back in school all week enjoying their Sixth Form Induction and First Lessons Week – already looking and acting like superb Sixth Form leaders!
