In MFL, the A-Level Speaking Intervention Classes are now in their third week and are designed to boost students’ confidence and proficiency in one of the most challenging components of the A-Level exam: the speaking element.
These weekly intervention sessions are tailored to provide additional practice and support for students preparing for their oral exams. With a focus on fluency, vocabulary expansion, and pronunciation, the classes are helping students engage in meaningful conversation while improving their overall language skills.
Led by Mrs Charles and Ms Navqui, the sessions include mock oral exams, group discussions on set topics, and bespoke feedback tailored to each student’s needs. Students report feeling more prepared, more confident, and more able to express their thoughts in the target language, thanks to this extra support.
With the A-Level PPE exams fast approaching, these intervention classes will not only support the revision process but also foster a love for the language.
