The Year 10 GCSE Food and Preparation group is making tremendous progress. In addition to expanding their existing knowledge, they have been practicing their knife skills and  the techniques for making different kinds of pastry.
\Dishes they have made include spicy lentil soup, mexican fajitas as well as making spring rolls or samosas from filo pastry.
The journey so far has been both educational and practical, laying a strong foundation for their skills and knowledge of the course.
