Welcome back to school, students! We hope you had a fantastic summer filled with fun and relaxation.
We would like to take a moment to express our appreciation and congratulations to those of you who dedicated some of their summer time to the Get Ahead & Progress (GAP) Programme.
Completing GAP tasks over the summer is no small feat. It demonstrates a strong commitment to your education and personal growth.
By actively engaging in GAP tasks, you’ve not only kept your minds active during the break, but you’ve also gained valuable skills and knowledge that will benefit you throughout the academic year. Research shows that students who continue to learn during the summer holidays perform better academically. So, congratulations, you’re already ahead of the game!
Submitting Your Completed GAP Tasks
Now that we’re back in school, it’s time to hand in your completed GAP cards. Please hand them in to your CDC and your subject teachers. Your teachers will provide feedback on your work, and you’ll be eligible for well deserved rewards.
Rewards
For those of you who worked diligently on their GAP tasks, you’ll receive rewards and a certificate of achievement recognising your efforts.
But wait, there’s more! students who completed 20 GAP tasks including a Flair project will have a unique opportunity. You’ll gain access to an exciting rewards trip
But, you must submit your Flair project to our more able coordinator Ms Razavi ASAP.
Respond to the GAP Questionnaire
If you’ve completed the GAP tasks, please take a few moments to respond to the questionnaire as soon as possible. Your timely input will assist us in organising rewards and recognition tailored just for you. Here is the link to the GAP questionnaire:
Thank you once again for your hard work during the summer. We can’t wait to celebrate your achievements.
