Powerful Collaboration across our MAT

This year we have seen so many exciting collaborative activities and projects taking place across our innovative multi academy trust and on Wednesday afternoon last week we gathered as staff across the three schools to celebrate and hear about the impact of our work this year.

Some staff have observed colleagues across the phase in our primary and secondary settings reflecting on curriculum delivery and pedagogy in specific subject areas. Other staff have empowered older students to inspire and teach their younger peers. Others have planned and delivered exciting extracurricular or supra-curricular opportunities that have taken learning to the next level.
Drone projects, pen pal activities, science experiments, sports days, French lessons, dance shows, secondary school experience weeks, curriculum audits, RE classes, cooking activities, and top class theatre performances formed just some of the many and varied opportunities provided.
Above all, everything that has been done has been for the benefit of the 1800 learners in our care across the MAT and student voice and feedback provided an important impetus to keep going in this regard.
I would like to thank all staff for their hard work and commitment to building those positive relationships and opportunities for the young people in our care. It was an inspiring Teacher Toolkit last week and one to build on for next year.
