Year 9 went to the Imperial war Museum on the 6th of May. We divided into two groups and each took turns going to the World War Two expedition and the Holocaust expedition. In the WW2 expedition we saw different displays like military uniforms, guns and equipment and we could walk around the room and gather interesting information for the ‘treasure hunt’ that took place. When we went to the Holocaust expedition, we were given tablets to learn even more facts about people’s lives before, during and after the Holocaust.
You could walk around and see pictures, information and real life footage of what happened. It was a good eye-opening trip and it was really good to go and see these exhibitions.
