A FLAIR for languages-Students take the lead...

This week, in the MFL Faculty, students took centre stage for Flair Week! In a celebration of linguistic enthusiasm and leadership, students in Mrs Charles, Mrs Crespi, and Ms Navqui’s French and Spanish lessons stepped up to the challenge of leading activities and delivering whole lessons!

Our student experts, proudly wearing their ‘expert’ lanyards, embraced the opportunity to guide their peers through engaging language-learning experiences. From interactive vocabulary games to lively grammar challenges and cultural discussions, these outstanding linguists showcased their confidence, creativity, and communication skills.

Flair Week not only reinforced key language concepts but also fostered collaboration and independence among students. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and expertise shine as they took ownership of their learning and inspired their classmates in the process.

A huge well done to all our student experts for their hard work and dedication, and a big thank you to the MFL team for providing such a fantastic platform for them to flourish. We look forward to seeing even more student-led initiatives in the future!
