Students engaged in innovative science lesson!

Students engaged in innovative science...

It was wonderful to see year 8 students engaged in their learning during a science lesson about reflection with Mrs Davey.

Students had to complete an independent task on reflection.  Once they had completed the task they could get it marked by a member of staff and if it was all correct they could open up a genius bar, much like the Apple Store and have customers visit them to get advice on how to answer the questions.

The geniuses were very proud and helped their peers to understand how to solve the problems.  The atmosphere in the room was very focused and it was evident that the students were enjoying their learning.
