On Thursday 10th November, the student learning consultants came in early to school to deliver a session to the school governors, which involved them delivering a game to get to know the governors and engage with the governors. In the 30 minute sessions before school, the students delivered a game of Pictionary in small groups to the governor’s where they had categories linked to Bushey Meads and specific words that they had to try and draw.
The categories included: School Trips, Canteen Food, Equipment, Teachers and many more. Each card had a word associated with that category which the governors and students had to draw. The game was a success and each student and governor had a positive experience providing great feedback to staff regarding the game. It was a great opportunity for the student learning consultants to show off the breadth of things that the school offers to students. Well done and thank you to all the student learning consultants that came in early on Thursday to support the event.
