The Power of Swivl!

Earlier this term Ms Speker shared with all staff in one of our morning briefing meetings about the power of Swivl – a recording device that follows the teacher around the classroom and captures the learning and engagement across the room.

She explained how she has used the technology as a personal professional development tool, analysing strengths and areas for development as she hones her pedagogy in the classroom.

It generated a lot of discussion and we hope her willingness to share this best practice inspires others to use this powerful strategy to support continued professional development across our learning community.
