The Silver Reading Award goes to…

It has been a delight for me, during these strange times, to receive students’ Reading Award work and see what they’ve been reading – I have certainly added a few books to my wish list as a result.

Special congratulations must go to Monet Silvain, 8Oak, who has completed her Silver Reading Award.  This is no mean feat as she had to read four books to complete Bronze, then another five of varying genres, plus a book of short stories and poems, for Silver.  So overall, since lockdown, Monet has read at least nine books.

An outstanding achievement. well done, Monet!
