Last week, Mrs Paddick was delighted to watch year 10 students, Roshni Vara and Anton Brown, teaching an amazing lesson to their peers in French. Working from ‘More able’ resources provided by their teacher, they had independently studied a really tricky area of grammar at home.
Their own learning of the ‘Subjunctive’ (an area normally covered at A level) was so well embedded that they were able to lead a very clear and well-planned lesson to support their peers to reach the top grades in French.
The delivery of the lesson and the thought-processes that went into the planning were so impressive and their peers have all gained knowledge that has stretched and challenged them to strive for the top. Well done to both Roshni and Anton.
