In November, a non uniform day was held in memory of Zach Barnes who sadly passed away this term. Students were encouraged to wear yellow to represent Zach’s love of Watford Football club.
Through the donations from students we raised an amazing £1606 which was paid to Noah’s Ark Children’s  Hospice in memory of Zach.
As a school community, we also wanted to capture our thoughts and memories of Zach to give to the family from Bushey Meads. Mrs Mateides coordinated a book of condolence which was presented to the family last week.
I would like to thank Mrs Mateides for her hard work in coordinating such a special book and also all the staff and students who contributed.
