It was lovely to visit a Year 9 Food Technology lesson, led by Mrs Hewitt, and see the fantastic work of Year 9 students preparing and cooking fajitas.

The aroma of sizzling peppers, onions and spices was amazing and it was great to see the students so enthused and engaged in the lesson.
