Back in December 2022, we took our A-Level Geography cohort to Swanage for their fieldwork.

With students currently writing their independent fieldwork reports; evaluating and presenting the data they collected – it provides an opportunity to look back reflectively.

It was a successful trip (in spite of the downpour) and allowed students to collect plentiful information for their reports.

Sites visited included Man-O-War Beach and the famous rock formation Durdle Door as well as the quaint village of Lulworth, where students enjoyed some free time and an ice cream.

Thank you to all the students who attended, representing the school in a positive manner and making Miss Dunsby’s last BMS geography fieldtrip a memorable one!
