Bushey Meads School was well represented at the By Leaders for Leaders ‘Dive Deeper’ on Wednesday of this week. Hosted at Bentley Wood High School but delivered collaboratively by leaders from Bushey Meads and Bentley Wood, it focussed on developing and strengthening middle leadership in schools across the region. Colleagues from Hertfordshire, Buckinghmashire, Oxfordshire and Greater London attended and gained a lot from hearing about our best practice and liaising with experienced colleagues from both schools. Our own school’s presence within the By Leaders for Leaders national network continues to have a high prominence and is showcasing Bushey Meads at the highest level across the country, also benefiting us in our continued journey of school improvement.
